Chevy HHR SS Brings Excitement With The Retro Look

Looks may be deceiving. This is true for the Chevrolet HHR SS Turbo which is a top notch performer of the HHR line up of vehicles. The retro chassis has it under its hood a 2.0L engine that can rush from 0-60 in just 6.3 seconds.

The engine is similar to the one used by the Solstice GXP of Pontiac and Sky Redline by Saturn. It is a mean engine with Ecotec direct inject technology producing 260 horse power and makes the car cover a quarter mile in 14.8 seconds at a speed of 98.5 mph.

The exterior of the car displayed during the recently held SEMA looks exciting with a modified front grill, new fascias, rocker panels, metallic side trims, and 20-inch wheels.

The inside of the SS combines style with function starting with its sport seats with ultra lux cushions. The panel sports a new look with a 140 mph speedometer, and an improved steering wheel which is more driver oriented.

Underneath the chassis reveals excellent suspension system and wheels with rubber help that provides smoother ride. The stock production SS can be upgraded with aerodynamic designed body kits, suspension configured for racing, and a boost meter.

The Chevy HHR SS comes standard with the StabiliTrak technology which enhances the safety features of the car. The fuel rating of the SS is measured at 29 mpg on a highway and 21 mpg during city driving.

The Chevrolet HHR SS combines power to tap on, safe riding, and convenience fit for a little big car.
